Given the mission of the educational programs - to develop outstanding finance managers who contribute to the well being of society - IIF strives to maintain the highest ethical standards among all members of the fraternity. Integrity, honesty and sincerity are fundamentals to the success of the program and serve as the foundation for the IIF Fraternity Standards and Code of Conduct.

These standards are designed to enhance the learning environment at the IIF and enable all members of the family to fully achieve their potential. In addition, the standards can serve as a template for the future executives thought out their careers as managers, as they seek to set forth and maintain standards for the organizations in which they are involved.

Recognizing that all individuals act significantly affect the life of a society, Future Executives are expected to act responsibly, to interact honestly and respectfully with all others, and to be accountable for their actions. A candidate's decision to accept IIF offer of admission explicitly recognizes his/her acceptance and commitment of the learning model embodied in the teaching method, the agreement to adhere to the IIF Fraternity Standards and Code of Conduct, and the acceptance of the processes associated with its implementation.

Business students (Future Executives) play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the Fraternity Standards and Code of Conduct. They are the Ambassadors of the Institute. The Student Fraternity is to work with faculty and staff to make these standards a tangible element of the IIF experience
