Prof. Kolodko is an Honorary Professor. Currently, he is a Senior Professor of Economics & Director of TIGER institute at Kozminski University, Warsaw, POLAND. He has served as Deputy Premier & Minister of Finance of Poland between in 2002-03 and 1994-97. He was instrumental for achieving the entry of Poland into the Eupropean Union and OECD. He has been awarded three honorary doctorates from Hungary, China & Russia. He is also known as the key architect of Polish reforms that guided the entry of Poland into the European Union. He has taken up visiting scholar assignments at UCLA, IMF, World Bank, WIDER, European Union & others. Prof. Karol Karski, Ph.D. (University of Warsaw)
Prof. Karski is an Honorary Professor. He is Member BURO Parliament's Bureau and QUE Quaestors at the European Parliament. He is also Vice-Chair of DACP Delegation to the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly at the European Parliament. Prof. Karski is a renowned Academician and Polish politician. Dr. Karski is Professor and Head of Department of Public International Law at The University of Warsaw, Poland. He has served as a former Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs in Poland. He holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Warsaw. Prof. Agarwal is an Honorary Professor. She is Vice Provost for Faculty; Robert E. McDonough Professor of Finance in the McDonough School of Business & Director, Georgetown Center for Financial Markets and Policy. She has held various positions including Interim Dean (2004-05) and Deputy Dean (2006-08) of Georgetowns McDonough School of Business; Visiting Professor of Finance at MIT Sloan School of Management (2005-06); FINRA Academic Fellow (2007-08); Academic Fellow at the US SEC (1997-99); Visiting Research Scholar at the International Monetary Fund (2003, 2004); Fulbright Scholar to Brazil(1990, 1991). Prof. Elzbieta Karska, Ph.D., Honourary Ph.D. (Donetsk National University)
Pro. Karska is Adjunct Professor. Prof. Karska is Director of the Institute of International Law, European Union and International Relations WPiA, Ukrainian State University, established 1937. Her research field is international law, including international human rights law, international humanitarian law, and international criminal law. She also deals with the issue of the role of non-state actors in international law. Author of over 100 publications (books, articles and other works) on international law, human rights law, and on European law, including fundamental rights issues. Prof. T.N. Pandey, LLB, LLM (Harvard Law School), Indian Revenue service (Retd.) Former Chairman- Central Board of Direct Taxes & Former Special Secretary, Ministry of Finance.
Prof. Pandey is an Honorary Professor. Prof. Pandey obtained his LLM Degree from the Harvard Law School & later joined the Income Tax Department of the GoI. He rose to the highest position as Chairman, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in which capacity he was also ex-officio Special Secretary to the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Finance in 1990. Prof. Pandey writes frequently on subjects relating to Taxation, Company Law & the MRTP Act for various newspapers & journals in India & abroad. He has authored over 5 books and 600 articles in journals, magazines and newspapers. He is a renowned expert on the issue of taxation and regulatory framework in India with his views appearing frequently in TV and Nationl Dalies.
Prof. N. Vittal, IAS (Retd.), B.Sc. Chemistry
Prof. Vittal is an Honorary Professor. retired as Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC), Government of India, after completing his four year term. He joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1960 and was allotted the Gujarat cadre. He was secretary to Government of India in the departments of (i) Electronics and (ii) Tele-communications and thereafter was Chairman of the Public Enterprises Selection Board. As Chairman, Telecom Commission, Mr. Vittal initiated the process of liberalization in the telecom sector. He was instrumental in the formulation of the National Telecom Policy 1994. As Secretary, Department of Electronics, he initiated the concept of software technology books. He has written more than 500 articles on various subjects relating to Management, Public Relations, Human Resource Developmen, Management of Technology & Public Sector Management act in many journals & magazines. He has innumerable awards to his credit. In August 1997 his name was included in the BT list of "Fifty men and women who shaped the economy" in the 50 years after India's Independence. He was honoured with "The Hidden Talent of India Award" by the OISCA International: "The Great son of the Soil Award 1998" by All India Conference of Intellectuals; and the honour "Desh Seva Ratnam" conferred by the Jagadguru Sri Sankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam , 2001. Prof. Deepak Vohra, Hony Ph.D. (University of Paris); IFS (Retd.)
Prof. Vohra is an Honorary Professor. He is an Indian Diplomat, who served as Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs. He was the Ambassador of India to Poland. He is currently Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of India, Lesotho and Guinea-Bissau. In 2012 he was Advisor to the Government of South Sudan. During his service in the Indian Foreign Service, he has served in France, Tunisia, United States, Chad, Cameroon, Papua New Guinea, Spain, Armenia, Sudan and Poland. In 1995 he was deputy high commissioner in Kuala Lumpur. Prior to his role in Diplomacy, he was an officer on special duty to the Technology Advisor to the Prime Minister of India. Mr Vohra has also previously worked with Sulabh International and has been a part of United Nations assignments in Africa. Ambassador Vohra brings extensive insight and expertise on matters of development in developing countries and an understanding of political mechanics in Africa. He is an Alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, St. Columba's school- National Defence College (India) and University of Paris. Ambassador Deepak Vohra was the News Reader and Anchor at Delhi Doordarshan in start of his career and a very famous TV Personality.
Prof. R. N. Lakhotia, Ph.D Taxation, M.Com
Prof. Lakhotia is an Honorary Professor. He is well-known authority on taxation in the country. He is actively engaged in the profession as an Advocate & Tax Consultant and specializes in Practical Tax Planning and drafting of Trusts & Wills. He enjoys the unique distinction of being the only person in India who has addressed over 2,600 lecture meetings, symposia, seminars and in-house programmes on tax planning and practical tax education in India and abroad. He uses wit and humour to make the subject of income tax, very interesting and meaningful. He is writer of dozens of books on income tax, better living and also humour, which have seen over 50- editions so far. He has been interviewed over BBC London, AIR, Hong Kong Radio and Doordarshan. He had a brilliant academic career. He is a Gold Medalist. He stood First Class First in both the Degree and Post Graduate Examinations in Commerce. He joined the Indian Revenue Service as I.T.O. Class I and stood First in the whole of India in the I.T.Os, Examinations. He was conferred the Hony. Degree of Doctor of Taxation at the hands of Shri Giani Zail Singh, the former President of India. He has constructed a big Dharmashala for the rent-free use of the family of the patients of JLN Hospital, Ajmer where over 8,00,000 persons have already been benefited. He has been the District Governor of Lions Clubs International. He is the President of Rajasthani Academy & ITPA. Recently, he has been awarded the prestigious "Udyog Rattan Award". Mr. Lakhotia is thus a multi faceted personality. He is a member of several prestigious social/cultural Societies clubs and believes in vegetarianism.

Prof. Agarwal is an Senior Professor of Economics & Dean (Academics). She was Principal, MLNC (Delhi University). She has over 48 years of teaching and research experience. Prof. Asoke Laha, MSEE (University of Saskatchewan), MS Computer Science (Northwestern University), BE (Honors) (Jadavpur University, India)
Prof. Laha is an Adjunct Professor. Prof. Laha founded Interra Information Technologies, Inc. Presently, Mr. Laha is Founder President & Chief Executive Officer at this company. He has significant experience in starting and growing offshore development centers. His career in high technology spans more than three decades. Previously a senior software manager in companies like Digital and GTE Communication Systems, he was also Managing Director at Cadence India, where he built a large team of skilled engineers. He won the Corporate Quality Award from Cadence and was responsible for the ISO 9000 certification earned by the Cadence India Center. Asoke is actively involved in various prestigious industry bodies like IACC, AMCHAM, ASSOCHAM to name a few. He has served as National President of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC). Prof. Jonathan Hollander, BA (University of California, Irvine)
Prof. Hollander is an Adjunct Professor. Mestro Prof. Hollander is an American dancer, choreographer, educator, and artistic director. He is founder of the Battery Dance Company in New York City in 1976, opening the Battery Dance Studio that same year. He also founded the Downtown Dance Festival held annually in New York City since 1982. Since 2008, the Downtown Dance Festival has included the Erasing Borders Festival of Indian Dance. As a dance educator, Hollander has been active in bringing dance into the public schools; and is known for the award-winning "Dancing to Connect" program. He is also known for his ties to India, and for presenting and promoting Indian dancers in New York. He is a co-founder of the Indo-American Arts Council. e served as Fulbright lecturer on dance in India in 1992, and Fulbright Specialist in Malaysia in 2011. Hollanders work has been supported by the U.S. Department of State on multiple occasions and by the National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Council on the Arts, New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Ford Foundation and many others. Hollander received the Silver Mask of the Silesian Dance Theatre (Poland), the USable Award (Germany) and the Arts & Business Councils Encore Award. Prof. Agarwal is currently working as Professor of Finance. She has additional role as Director (Officiating), < a href = "https://www.iifbs.edu">IIF Business School. She has done her Ph.D. on Capital Structure Decision under Multiple Objectives : A Study of Indian Corporates from IIT, Delhi. She has two international books to her credit published by John Wiley & Sons (Singapore & USA) and IIF Publications (India). She has 38 Research Papers and 57 Book Reviews published in international and national refereed journals. She has supervised over 78 MBA level dissertations. She has developed 79 Case Studies in Corporate Finance and Managerial Economics. She has also presented 12 research papers in international and national conferences and seminars. Prof. Bansal Bansal is Assistant Professor and the Head of ICT and Administration. He is a Gold Medallist from NIIT and has his basic interest lies in IT, MIS and allied areas and has 18 years of teaching experience in these areas to his credit. He is a keen researcher and has reviewed more than 48 books. He has supervised more than 154 MBF projects thesis in the area of IT & Computers at MBA level. He has attended various national seminars, training programs & workshops.

Prof.Madhu bala has more than 13 years of experience in national and international industrial and academics. She has done her post graduation from Victoria University in IT and Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management and IT from Singhania University, India. Her research paper has been published in many national & international journals and presented research articles in many national & international conferences.
