Indian Institute of Finance (IIF) established, in 1987 by JYOTI FOUNDATION - a Public Charitable Trust duly registered u/s 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at Ashok Vihar Delhi. IIF is Non-profit (Not for Profit) Equal opportunity; Research based educational institution to promote Education, Research, Training and Consultancy, IIF has made distinguished scholarly contributions which have been accclaimed nationally and internationally. It is very well known internationally and solely devoted in the service of nation with a meaningful purpose. It is unique, emerging centre of excellence, a base for scholarship and high quality professionally oriented education, research and training. Jyoti Foundation / IIF has established Two Institutions to promote education : IIF Business School in 1999 (Past Affiliated to GGS Indrpratha University, Delhi) and (Presently affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow since 2019) and IIF College of Commerce & Management Studies in 2016 (Affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut since 2016).

Academic Infrastructure
The Institute is presently housed in its ultra modern buildings on a plot of 26185 sq. htrs. (6.47 acres) in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. Academic Infrastructure comprises of 32 Lecture theatres fitted with Audio Visual Aids, 4 Halls, 24 Classrooms / Tutorial rooms, 30 Administrative Office / Faculty Rooms, IIF Library (22,848 sq feet); IIF Computer Centre (2782 sq feet); Large Gym (2782 sq feet); 16 Toilet Blocks (8 Ladies and 8 Gents); 8 Handicapped Toilets; Two large lobbies, large playground and parks, latest ultra modern equipments and ample reference material on various topics providing a pure academic atmosphere to undertake serious studies and research based activities.

Excellent Library housed in 22,828 sq feet with over 55,000 thoughtfully selected book volumes & 950+ national & international journals; over 250 doctoral dissertations,5000 financial statements of 550+ Companies, Government reports. Is depository Library for UN,WIDER, IMF, OECD & 25+ central banks & institutions. IIF Library is a reservoir of a large collection of information, sources, resources and services well organised well for use of its students, faculty, alumni, researchers and public.

Modern Computer Centre in a Wifi Campus. IIF Computer Centre provides a centralised computing facility to complement the teaching and research functions of the Institute. Various Software packages, financial packages & Graphical tools are maintained to facilitate the general computing requirement.

Research & Publications
IIF is intensively engaged in fundamental, empirical and policy oriented research. Its research findings have important bearing on government policies. It is presently engaed in a number of research studies on different aspects of finance, investment, financial services, managerial accounting,taxation etc to search empirically practical solutions to problems faced by Indian industry : private sector, public sector , banks, FI and government. The results of such research studies are made available through publications ,reserch papers, reports and otherwise to the interested companies, executives, researchers and to the students of IIF with the sole objective of constribution and dissemination of knowledge.

IIF has already published 20+ Books, 130+ Finance India and numourous articles.

The Institute intends to undertake research on behalf of sponsoring organisations - Government Departments, International Agencies such as ILO, World Bank, UN, UNCTAD, ADB, Industry : private and public sector companies; banks and financial institutions etc. in the area of finance.

IIF Publishes its prestigious (400 pages) refereed Quarterly Journal of Finance - FINANCE INDIA ISSN 0970-3772 since 1987 regularly to promote Research in Finance. Eminent experts (70+) includes 6 Nobel Laureates are on its Editorial Board. Indexed & abstracted by over 36 institutions internationally. Has SJIF impact factor of 7.262 & is included in UGC & SCOPUS.
